I think the Skins upset them tonight. They are just balanced enough to give them fits. That defense is hurting without a dominate pass rush, and that were horrid on more than one occasion last year anyways. Eli will be Eli, he will make a dumb play, cancel it out with a big play. He's still that guy, but with a ring.

    I say Skins 27 Giants 24.

    Imagine that........

    "Posted by ESPN.com's Matt Mosley

Just huddled with a high-ranking member of the Redskins organization for a few minutes and he told me that Shawn Springs' absence from tonight's game caught everyone by surprise. Springs was kicked in the calf during Monday's practice, but he was listed as probable the rest of the week and didn't seem to have any problems.

The pain became worse as the week went on, and he didn't even try to test his calf before the game. Fred Smoot will start in his place. It's a major disappointment for a guy who reportedly came to training camp in the best shape of his life."

Skins looked atrocious tonight. Horrible play calling. Horrible offense. Defense looked a little better in the 2nd half, but still awful.

Offensive is definitely struggling. Defense has been decently solid, I mean bending but not breaking outside of the initial drive.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
